Biokef Chia Pudding

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 Biokef honey and cinnamon

  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup

For the topping:

  • 2 crushed biscoff biscuits

  • Half a banana

  • 10g melted Biscoff spread

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add the kefir, chia seeds, cinnamon and honey to a bowl and mix well to combine.

  2. Cover the bowl and leave in the fridge overnight or for at least 3 hours until set.

  3. To serve, spoon the chia pudding into cups and garnish with crushed biscuits, banana and pour over some melted Biscoff spread.
