Why Kefir is so great for breakfast

Here at Biokef HQ we have always understood the importance of breakfast and
fully embrace the mantra: 

“Breakfast like a King, Lunch like a Queen, Dinner like a Pauper”

With so many versatile ways you can have Kefir at breakfast it’s no surprise that we are big fans of breakfast. 


Here’s a few of our favourite ways to start the day with Kefir:

  • Pour it on your granola

  • Add it to your smoothie

  • Make overnight oats

  • Simply grab a bottle on the go if you’re in a rush
